How does concrete raising work?

First, the concrete raisers at T & S Construction examine the concrete to determine the underlying problem. By understanding how the problem came to be, we can figure out the best way to repair it. Next, we drill holes in the concrete to create access points for the leveling mixture. This leveling mixture (a mix of cement, topsoil and water) is pumped into the holes to fill in the void underneath the piece and raise up the concrete at the same time. After leveling has been achieved and a careful inspection carried out, the holes are filled, and the area cleaned. Lastly comes a final inspection with the property owner so that they see the results and have all their questions answered.
